Subscription Policy

All of our products come with the option to purchase in the form of a subscription. Each customer will have the ability to choose the quantity and product variant they’d like in their monthly subscription plan.

We currently offer one type of subscription plan titled, “Subscribe and Save.” This plan charges the customer only for their immediately next recurring order or delivery. In other words, the customer would pay for their first subscription order, then pay each month thereafter the same amount, with the ability to add or decrease any products in their current subscription plan.

Each customer also has the opportunity to manage specific aspects of their individual subscriptions. They’ll be able to:

  • Edit the frequency of the subscription
  • Update payment information
  • Cancel the subscription for a product
  • Update their delivery addresses

To make these changes, customers can log into their account on our website and navigate to the Account page. Once signed in, they will see a dashboard where they can click on the button titled ‘Manage Subscriptions.’

If a customer would like to cancel their subscription, they can do so at any time. However, customers must be mindful of their recurring delivery date to avoid being billed for the next subscription cycle. For example, if your subscription’s “next order” date is November 5th at 4:00 PM, you have until November 5th at 3:59 PM to cancel without being billed for the next order. Customers can find their “Next Order” date in their account after logging in.

Return Policy for Subscriptions:

If a subscription order has been successfully processed and shipped after a renewal, the customer may request a return only until the product has been delivered. Once the product is delivered, returns will no longer be accepted.

To qualify for a return, all original packaging—including the shipping box, inner packaging, and the product itself—must remain completely unopened, undamaged, and in its original, unused condition. Any signs of tampering, damage, or use, including broken seals or compromised packaging, will disqualify the product from being eligible for return.

Please note, there will be a 50% restocking fee applied to any returned subscription items. Additionally, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and tracking must be provided for the return. We will not process a return without proper tracking information.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email at support@karmaiq.com before the product is delivered. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund, minus the restocking fee. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

All subscriptions come with up to a 15% discount, which cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
