RETURN & PRIVACY POLICY

INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS POLICY

In the event of a package return due to an Insufficient or Vacant Address, Karma IQ will make efforts to reach out to the customer using the provided contact details. Upon notification, the customer is granted a 48-hour window to respond via email, text, or phone. Should the customer fail to respond, they will be required to cover the reshipment costs to the correct address. Failure to respond within the stipulated time frame will result in order cancellation and a refund, deducting the shipping fee and a 10% inconvenience fee from the subtotal of the order.

RETURN POLICY

At Karma IQ, we take great care to ensure the quality of our products and your satisfaction. Due to the nature of our consumable products and the strict regulations surrounding their contents and the associated Certificate of Analysis (COA), we are unable to accept returns on any of our products, whether opened or unopened. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of all our offerings.

Taste is too subjective—what one person may enjoy, another may dislike. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or returns simply because you do not like the taste or flavor, and we apologize for this in advance.

We guarantee that our products will arrive safe and sound. If you receive any items that are damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a replacement, please email support@karmaiq.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will replace damaged or compromised items at no charge. Please note that we do not replace items with only damaged packaging; the product itself must be defective.
